I guess, leadership can never be planted. It germinates. Kind of self-revelation I believe. To be honest to oneself is far important; Courage to belong to your conscience is necessary often. Because that's the best way to live by example. When one can put reasons by his actions, acceptability increases.

I went on the Rural Development Exchange that was put on by Augustana University College and Canada World Youth. On this exchange I was given the opportunity to live and work in Mexico. I lived with a family in a rural village called San Andres de la Cal. I love my Mexican friends and now many of my other friends that I know from around the world. They are what inspries me. Life is a rich open source of inspiration to all the open minds that that hope for change. A candid smile of a newborn child can give me more inspiration than a three hour long speech by a philosopher!
As a young activist, I do believe that i don't need a specific thing or moment to get inspired; all i need is wide open eyes toward nature, people, thoughts and all that exists in my environment. It gives me a load of new ideas and the imagination to produce a large number of creative projects. ( read more)
